Description

A novice-level TPRS story that features a hungry tiger that sees animals. Focuses on the words: Ve, no ve, and dice plus the phrase tiene hambre.

Includes an editable Powerpoint of the story with accompanying images. Also includes an editable text version of the story for reading, an activity for students to create additional dialogue, and a matching quiz, as well as a storyboard for students to draw the story. You can also print out the illustrated reader to add to your classroom FVR.

Great way to incorporate animal vocabulary (tigre, gato, mono, vaca) and to practice dialogue. I use this at the end of my animal unit after we have practiced the sounds each animal makes.

*Now includes a REMOTE LEARNING option: how to use a video to tell the story to your students (sample video included) as well as a volleyball translation document for your students to use in breakout rooms.

Reading features: 310 words (131 unique words)
