Looking for a fun review game to go with your Día de Muertos lesson? ”El que sabe, sabe” is a really fun game that my students LOVE! And it’s a great way to give your students more comprehensible input and numbers review while having a blast guessing/reviewing the answer to some facts about Day of the Dead! This is a review game for Day of the Dead and students should have previous knowledge about this Mexican celebration and its vocabulary in order to make educated guesses. You don't have to teach every single topic... Remember that part of the fun of this game is guessing!
It only requires the cards that are included, small white boards (1 board per team), dry erase markers (as many different colors as you have groups… 6 groups = 6 colors of markers), and a timer.
This packet includes:
1. Game overview
2. How to play the game
3. 24 cards with answers (Topics: Coco, El libro de la vida, la flor de cempasúchil, La Catrina y Diego Rivera, los 3 días del Día de Muertos, la celebración azteca, altares de muertos, celebración en Pátzcuaro, etc.)
