Looking for activities to use the first week of school? This is a packet of activities to accompany four Spanish-language back to school commercials which are readily available on youtube.
The level of activities is variable, and each commercial could be used with any level depending on the amount of preparation provided by the teacher.
Personally, I would use them primarily with novice high and intermediate students.

These activities are written for a variety of levels. YOU are the best person to judge which level each activity is best suited for, and the amount of preparation each class needs.
If you have more time to spend, you may like to pre-teach some of the words the students will hear in the video or do some pre-listening discussion. You may also enjoy describing the video in Spanish using the “Movie Talk” technique. There are many ways to expand upon the activities!
