An assessment sheet and rubric for a contextualized oral exam describing your dream job. I used this as a culminating assessment for a unit on jobs/future plans.
I give students the assignment sheet few days prior to the exam for them to prepare their answers. For lower levels, I allow them to use a note card (pre-checked by me) with some vocabulary and phrases (no complete sentences). For higher levels, I ask them to speak without notes.
In addition to the assignment sheet, there is also a rubric which includes evaluation criteria and descriptors for comprehensibility, pronunciation, grammar/vocabulary, delivery, and effort/preparedness.
