Elapsed time is a tricky skill for many students. These 2 fast paced I Have, Who Has games will help students practice solve elapsed time problems while having fun! Students have to apply their knowledge of telling time on an analog clock, and then use these times to determine the elapsed time. One game focuses on going forward in time, while the other game requires students to go backwards in time. These games are aligned to CCSS 3.MD.1 and 4.MD.2 and can be used in several ways in your classroom. Each game has 24 cards, enough for your entire class to play; or give each student several cards and complete in a small group or as a center. They would make a great activator or summarizer during a unit on measurement and/or time. This is a valuable resource which will save you plenty of time!
