This is two circuit activities that you can do with your class as either a way to make predictions of how circuits work, or as an assessment.
The first activity the students cut out a picture of a light bulb and a battery, you will need to provide them a piece of string. The students try to arrange the pictures in a way that would make the light bulb light up.
In the second activity there are pictures of different circuits. The students cut these out and sort them into categories of if it is a circuit that will make the light bulb light, or if the light bulb will stay dark.
