This is a demo version of a grade-book allows you to add classes, grades, students, categories, and weights in an easy to use and read format. Reporting options allow you to setup criteria for sending out automatic grade emails based on students grades. Setting up email options is as easy as entering your email address and password into Email Settings, then choosing the options for when to send emails. Emails can be sent manually (you would have to click a SEND EMAILS button when you're ready to send emails) or automatically (setup a time and day of the week to send emails on a weekly basis with the help of Windows Scheduler). Students, parents, and any other contacts will be emailed automatically and notified when students fall below the reporting criteria (or everyone can be emailed regardless of grades). This grade-book is very flexible and can be used in either Elementary, Secondary, or Post Secondary classrooms. You can also set yourself up as a contact for every student in order to receive emails in your inbox every time a student's grade falls below the reporting criteria you specified.
This demo is free and has very limited features. It's purpose is to give you an idea of what you can expect from the full version and verify that you meet the technical requirements to use all of the features.

This is a .zip file; however, it contains a Microsoft Excel product, so be sure that you have a DESKTOP VERSION of Microsoft Excel to run it. (Macros must be enabled, so check with your IT department or test out the demo version if you are unsure if you have the rights to enable macros).
*MICROSOFT EXCEL ONLINE WILL NOT WORK
**Microsoft Excel for Mac 2008 will not work (2004 or 2011 should work in theory, but this product has not been tested on a MAC. Try out the preview file first to be sure)
