Description
This elementary art or middle school art project pack focuses on symmetry in design, shape, positive space, and negative space through a symmetrical sunset cityscape. Students are introduced to Edvard Munch as inspiration for the project, with symmetry, shape, and space as the focus.
Students design their mixed media work of art using liquid watercolor for the background and black construction paper for the foreground, symmetrical silhouette buildings.
