These concepts (90 in all) I have had to create special instructions for--both for myself each time they are taught and for the students to have on their worksheets. Virtually all were developed from experience and they include topics such as the very nature of fractions to the conversion of fractions to decimals (and vice versa) to long division to other topics in the first several grades.
My wish is that others can benefit from several years of always keeping on the lookout for areas that have been greatly misunderstood by students--and trying my best to eliminate all confusion--on the part of the student and, perhaps, on the part of the teacher.
The topics are in alphabetical order.
