Here's a nice set of 48 small flash cards, 16 per page. Each mini flashcard, when folded, shows a fraction on the front. When you quiz yourself and check the answers on the back, you can see the decimal (rounded to 2 places) and percentage (rounded to the whole number) equivalents, as well as the next 2 or 3 equivalent fractions.
They're fast, and make for a great math center or kagan quiz-quiz trade activity.
There are 32 common fractions, including the halves, thirds, fourths, fifths, sixths, eighths, tenths, twelfths, and sixteenths.
The last page is blank for you to make more, as needed.
