This lesson plan details how to lead an engaging philosophical discussion using LEGOs. The topic: Identity and Essence. What does it mean for something, or someone to change? When does something change but stay the same? When does something change, but become something new entirely?
I'm throwing this one out there for free because I think that having thiese sorts of discussions can incredibly valuable--in terms of students' critical thinking skills, empathy building, and self-reflection. I hope to receive your feedback, questions, and comments!
