Students decide what job they would like as the North Pole. Then they write why they would be a good candidate after they fill out their official job application!
First, create a "Wanted" ad (provided) and glue it in a newspaper. Students check out the ad in the newspaper. Then, they fill out an application. Job Applications can be filled out in hard copy format (provided) or online, using google forms. In a couple days, they're hired!
Next, they get a photo id badge (provided). You can take students' pictures or have them draw themselves as an elf! Around the classroom, create pretend workstations! You can get really creative and provide your workers with STEAM challenges each day at their workstation.
