We all plan on being at school, but we know life calls, and usually unexpectedly. Sometimes we may be out for a consecutive number of days and can’t make it in to set up plans. Be prepared with these fabulous activities that your students will LOVE! These activities are great for grades 2-4.

These sub plans are set up so that you can miss consecutive days, up to 5 days in a row. However, you can adjust these plans accordingly and use them for just one day or for the amount of consecutive days that you’ll need.

All of these plans require no materials, other than a book of your choice (or your sub’s choice) and are very easy to use and understand with little to no explanation. Some of the science lessons may require either technology or book(s) on that topic for basic research.

I suggest printing and copying a class set of each of these and filing it away so that it is easily accessible and ready for a sub to use.
