Description

This emergent reader little book is a great way to begin reading with young students. It would be great to use for browsing boxes, independent reading, guided reading groups, or Read to Self. This story uses the story line of the folktale Stone Soup with sight words he, said, and, get, in, a, and with. This story includes several vegetable vocabulary words, such as carrots, onions, beans, peas, and corn.

This book includes the same text on both the top and bottom of each sheet of paper to make copying, sorting, stapling, and cutting easy to create a class set of little books!!
