Bundle contains a Web Quest to introduce the author to the students, a grammar review sheet for students to practice using the Preterit vs Imperfect and three ppts to accompany the short stories: Las medias rojas, El Décimo and El Revolver. All stories can be easily found online. I usually like to read three stories for each author so the students get a better sense of the author's literary style. OJO all items are in the target language and also sold separately at my TPT store.

As a culminating activity I have students compare and contrast two of the stories:

Using the Venn diagram I have students write a short composition to compare and contrast both stories. Students are instructed to write a brief biography for the author for the introduction. I have students indicate how the stories are similar and what are the differences in the body. For the closing students are instructed to make a connection to the introduction, use a quote of the author and indicate how the author helped women's issues by creating awareness.
