I am all for anything that will get my kids excited about writing and with emojis being the current ‘craze’, this should definitely do the trick!

-10 different emoji faces (in color and black and white)
-5 options to use as writing pages (a blank page, pages with lines and a spot for a picture, just lines, primary writing lines, primary writing lines with a picture).
-Over 30 writing prompts with different emojis as ideas; however, if you open the PowerPoint file, you can create your own!
-Editable writing templates
-Pre-made pennants for decorating your writing center or bulletin board
-Editable pennants to spell out whatever you may need!
-Editable name plants to print out your students names

You can use these writing crafts as a whole group project or to go alongside a read-aloud. You can also leave them in the writing center for different options or you can even leave them as ‘early-finishers’!

Let students mix-and-match the covers, add more pages as needed, and color in their emoji however they may please! These writing prompts are meant for fun! (and learning too!)
