This product is designed to help students with Autism self regulate their emotions during times and situations that they may find difficult.
I have broken this packet into 3 key sections that not only helps students identify their emotions and how their actions may affect others, but it also provides them with tools and strategies to help them self regulate their emotions and then a way (for either the teacher or the student through self monitoring) to track and reinforce each time the correct strategy is utilized/the student remains calm.
