After having planned/scheduled or reactive/unscheduled school counseling sessions, use these sheets to summarize and describe the students feelings, thoughts and needs before and after talking out their issues. This reflection sheet helps counselors to keep track of student data and also informs future interventions. The sheets helps students with feelings identification and also help students to become reflective by using a self evaluation with a pre and post assessment. The form gives opportunity to have students identify and review reviewing coping skills. Finally, the form aids students in slowing down and deepening their thoughts on what helped them the most and also to reflect on what still needs to be done.
