Description

Used to help teach kids about emotions and how to regulate them. Feelings listed in each cell of the table in the more advanced version are listed from least to most strong. For example, the blue zone energy section lists tired, then exhausted, to show increasing degrees. There are also little cards with the pictures for each emotion, plus cards with all the emotion names. It's a Word doc so it's completely editable - make some tweaks of your own! The cards are all the shape to fit in the original Cariboo game if you happen to be the lucky owner of one, but you can use them in general, too. Play memory with them, incorporate them into other games, etc.
