Use this game individually or with a group. Take turns rolling the dice. Explore each emotion or facial expression that you roll by utilizing the prompts provided. This activity helps parents, clinicians and other helpers identify a child’s current or previous emotions while allowing them to develop and explore healthy coping skills and empathy. A blank dice is provided to create your own game, or have the child/student come up with their own feelings or prompts.
This is a great activity to explore feelings in a fun, non-threatening way. The adult is encouraged to participate!
