These activities are designed to help students identify their feelings. You can use the posters as a tool to help students identify how they are feeling. They are perfect to assist with anger management. You can also use these posters and activities as arrival activities, center activities, small group instruction, class meetings, and share during circle. These posters are designed for K-2.
To use, have students express how they feel by selecting an illustrated emotion card and placing it on the dashed square on the “Today, I feel” page. Encourage students to point to and say the words “I Feel” and their emotion. This is a good activity as part of morning meeting, and also great to use throughout the day to help children regulate and label their emotions.
