My district is no longer using the EnVision program, but my friend Jeremy over at The First Grade Cafe
has created journals for the remaining topics. Check them out!
These journal prompts are aligned to the pacing of the Envision Math series. For each lesson, there is a corresponding journal prompt.
Each journal prompt is interactive and differentiated. There are 2 versions of each prompt, with the second one being slightly harder for your advanced students. Each page is designed to be cut out and glued into a journal. Some pages require students to write explanations of the topic, others require students to create examples of the topic.
Please refer to the preview file for an idea of what the prompts look like, and how I put them into journals in my classroom.
