This END OF YEAR lesson is a great way to review all the Spanish I basic vocabulary learned by your students. The project was designed to have students create a Power point about themselves all in Spanish. They can read the Power point during presentations. Those who decide to work on a poster need to create a script to be able to present. Great activity during a formal Observation. Great assessment tool for Spanish I and preparation for Spanish II level vocabulary

Table of Contents
 Slide 1-Cover Page- Design a Cover Page . The Title is “Todo Sobre Mi “ Please include your full name.
 Slide 2- “Mi Foto”- Insert a picture . Write your Nickname after “Me llaman…….”
 Slide 3- “Mi Descripción Física”- Describe your eye color (azules,verdes,amarilos,grises,cafes,negros),
Hair Color( rubio-blonde, rubio oscuro-dirty blonde, negro-black, café-brown). Soy should be used to describe your height (alto,bajo,mediano) and other body parts using (grande, pequeño,mediano) Adjust adjectives based in gender/noun combinations
 Slide 4- “Mi Personalidad”- Pick five adjectives that describe your personality.
 Slide 5- “Mi Familia”- Insert a Family Picture- Write your last name after “ Los………”
 Slide 6-”Mi Familia”- Write the names of your family members. You can write them in English or Spanish.
 Slide 7- Select a family member you want to describe in detail. Write the place they were born after “Nació…..” Use Slides 3,4 and 15 for reference)

 Slide 9- “Mi Casa Ideal” Put a picture of your house or your ideal “house” Write your name of the bottom.
 Slide 10- Describe the rooms of your house. Use colors and sizes. For example “ Mi sala es verde y grande”
 Slide 11-”Mi Ropa Favorita” Insert a picture of you wearing your favorite outfit. Write your name of the bottom
 Slide 12-”Mi Ropa”- Describe your favorite outfits for each season. Use sentences such as “Camisa roja, pantalones azules y medias verdes)
 Slide 13-”Mi Carro Ideal’ Insert a picture of your dream car. Describe the color, the model(Mustang, Maserati), the number of doors (dos o cuatro puertas), Interior (sillas , DVD, televisión)
 Slide 14-”Me gusta” –Describe your favorite activities for each season . Use Slide 15. as a reference . You can add activities they are not including or make a slide per activity.

Instructions

- Distribute the Power point to students. Give them the freedom to change the layout, delete the vocabulary in the slides. They will have FUN project. They can add video links, music and change the entire formatting. They can add new slides for rooms of the house or for the hobbies. Create sign up times for the last week so all students can present. They only need to read the slides for the Presentation. Great way to develop presentation

-Distribute the Rubric to the class. Explain they will be graded on a 20 point scale. 1-2 Student does not meet expectations, 3 Student meets expectations and 4 Student exceeds expectation. The rubric was designed to assess both their oral and written efforts.

-Have students take notes in English during presentation. Great project for End to Year before summer break. Very impressive for an observation..as students read in Spanish and share their knowledge.
