Check out the explanation document in the folder for a more explicit explanation of how to implement the check offs:
This is a starter pack to create your own check-offs. Please view other products to download completed sets for classroom use.
When you “check” a check-off you DO NOT WRITE ON THE QUESTIONS. Do not “x” or “✓” or circle anything! The only mark the teacher puts on the paper goes in the attempt space (0% if they got 0 right, 20% if they got 1 right, 40% = 2 right, 60% = 3 right, 80% = 4 right and 100% = 5 right).
The goal of check-offs is to have students review all their work and find their mistakes in order to self-correct.
There should be some sort of intervention between attempts, if necessary, though in some cases students have "rushed" and made minor mistakes in computation or misread the problem.
