Are you looking for a fun end of year activity? This is a mini-unit that you can use to celebrate college day! Teach your students about the road to college and help prepare them for what's ahead. Get your whole school involved by wearing your college t-shirts and decorating your classroom with college items like pennants!

This college day resource includes:

  • Vocabulary (Upper and Lower Grades Options) The lower grades version includes pictures as the definitions.
  • All About College Mini Books (Upper Grades and Lower Grades Versions) (Color & BW) These mini books are perfecty for teaching students about college. They'll learn about commuting/dorm living/online classes, paying for college, graduating high school, and professors. The upper grades version also teaches about technical schools and working after high school graduation. It also introduces students to various majors.
  • KWL Chart: Use this to see what your students already know about college!
  • Writing Paper
  • Venn Diagram: Compare college to elementary school!
