STORY - Mystery Details
As you may know, the Mona Lisa is one of the world’s most famous and celebrated paintings. People from all over the world come to visit this beautiful masterpiece in Paris, France, at The Louvre. The Mona Lisa is a masterpiece created by Leonardo da Vinci. While this painting has fascinated the public and fans for hundreds of years, there are many mysteries that surround the creation of the painting itself. On Thursday, June 23rd, The Mona Lisa was taken from The Louvre. Although The Mona Lisa has her own room in the museum, complete with glass ceilings and a spotlight that brings out the magnificent beauty of the painting, it wasn't enough to stop this thief.
