Yay! The End of the Year Packet: 2nd Edition is finally here!
This brand new resource, requested by many who purchased the original “End of Year Activity Packet” is hot off the presses and ready to keep your kids thinking all the way to the last day of school!
Created for students in Grades 3-6 (Ages 8-12), this resource is flexible enough for older or younger students depending on their abilities and skill levels. These 14 Activities and Autograph Pages will require your kids to think, write, draw, explore, predict, create, solve, and more!

Activities are based on higher-level, critical thinking skills with a twist! I am excited about this new batch of activities and I hope you find them to be helpful and effective! A brief description of each activity is included below for your convenience.
Autograph pages for students to use with their class, grade level, or school in bright, happy colors and gray scale.
“On My Mind”
Mind Clouds for students to express what’s on their mind.
They will also draw their likeness in an outline of a blank head!
“My Cool ‘KWL’ Chart”
Students create a personal KWL chart about what people have learned about them! A fun twist! Includes three versions: girl, boy, and one that has a place for students to glue a picture of themselves to make the activity even more personalized.
“My Emoji Emotions”
Students will choose six emotions from a word bank then create/draw six personal "Emotion Emojis."
“I Have Transformed!”
A writing activity with a focus on how the students have changed this year.
Students will reflect on the year’s trends! They will write what things have been important to them in various categories.
“My Awesome Life Predictions!”
Students will predict what their lives will be like 30 years from now.
“GladLibs” Part 1 & 2”
Time for a GladLib! Based on MadLibs...a student favorite! In Part One, students will think of a word that fits the part of speech or category. In Part Two, students will fill in the blanks and enjoy a silly story with a friend or two.
“Oh, What Will You Do In The Summertime?”
This word search is filled with Summertime activities. Once the words are found, students will put a check by those activities they are planning to do during the Summer. The fun continues as they then look for someone that matches most of their answers and someone that matches the least of their answers. And...the Key is included!!
“Give Me a High Five!”
and “Give Us a High Five!”
These two worksheets go “hand-in-hand” (yes…pun intended!) Students will think of five accomplishments they’ve made this year, as well as five accomplishments made by others. Time to celebrate!
“Interview a Friend”
Students will interview another classmate using a maze-like worksheet.
“Question/Answer Reflection Pages”
Two pages filled with eight higher-level thinking questions.
“A Letter to My Future Self”
Students will write a letter to their future self and give advice to a 10-year-older self. A great way to imagine what their future could hold!
“Find Someone Who…”
Students will search for classmates who fit the given categories. A great way to find some hidden treasures about their classmates!
