End of Year Feedback Microsoft Forms and Course Evaluations

Bill Gates said, “your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.”  We wholeheartedly agree and feel it is vital for teachers to gain valuable feedback and insights from their customers (the students & parents) in order to continuously reflect on what works best and make us better educators.  That is why we created FEEDBACK: Bitter or Better in Microsoft Forms to help teachers: Facilitate Input, Evaluate Instructional Practices, Encourage Reflection, Drive Instructional Decisions, Build Classroom Culture & Community, Assess Growth, Capture Voice, and Kickstart Future Instruction.

FEEDBACK: Bitter or Better consists of four Microsoft Forms: two different student evaluation forms, a parent evaluation form, and a student self-evaluation form.  The forms are created in the same style as our Wellness Checks and S.M.A.R.T. Tickets.  They are colorful and engaging for students to respond to.  Each form is designed to be anonymous so students and parents can provide raw, honest feedback about you and their classroom experience this year.  After you collect the feedback, analyze the results to help you improve your teaching next year.
