Product Description
Every year, I make memory books for my students. However, by the time testing wraps up and the Summer jitters set in, I'm exhausted! So, most of the time, this involves stapling a stack of computer paper between a couple of sheets of construction paper and calling it a day.

To take the stress out of what should be five days filled with nothing but having fun and making memories, I decided to create a memory book with ready-to-go printables and activities to be used during the last week of school.

This memory book was created for upper-grades elementary school students, but I did provide covers for first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth grades in both color and black and white for your convenience.

You will receive the following items with your purchase:
• Cover Page
• "Fill-in-the-Blanks" Questionnaire
• "Me, My Teacher, and The Most Important Lesson" Writing Prompt or Space for Illustration
• "My Favorite Things" List
• "My Favorite Memory" Writing Prompt and Space for Illustration
• "Parts of Speech Mad Lib" with "Last Day of School" Reading Passage
• "Find Someone Who" Template
• "Letter to a Rising --- Grader" Writing Prompt
• "My Summer Reading Book Recommendation" Writing Prompt
• Five Pages for Autographs

To make the memory books: simply print, make copies, and staple! I have my students keep their memory books in their desks during the last week of school because I pace the activities to two per day. So, my students do the first two activities Monday, the next two activities Tuesday, etc. and by Friday we finish with the "Autographs" pages. You can either choose to pace the activities or allow your students to do everything all at once.

**Please note: About the "Letter to a Rising --- Grader" page: I have my students make sloppy copies in their memory books before publishing their final drafts on a separate piece of paper (that way, they get a keepsake and I get to pass along the best versions of their letters).
