This resource aims to provide a no prep, stress free, fun and engaging end of year activity. Tips for completing each worksheet are included.
♦ The 15 review pages focus on personal growth rather than academic achievement, and may therefore also be of use in school counseling, special education and homeschool settings.
♦ Content is designed with reluctant writers and end of year tired students (and educators!) in mind.
♦ Students can write a little (or a lot), then color in a little, or a lot!
♦ Personal reflection and positive affirmations are the name of the game, as everyone thinks of “something” they achieved this year.
How to use this resource
♦ If you HAVE to set homework in the dying days of the school year, then this unit may be something that can be completed at home with family input, using all, or a selection of the pages.
♦ Complete in class time, as a stand alone activity, or to complement a more academic review of the school year.
♦ Reduce the size of the page image when printing (to allow for stapling room), and compile as a booklet. Students can design their own covers!
♦ Use specific pages with individual students, as required e.g. “Mistakes are OK” for a student who may be experiencing difficulty moving on from “getting something wrong” or from making a very ‘public’ error.
♦ For homeschoolers, complete as a record of your child’s personal growth and life learning journey. A completed booklet or pages may be just the thing to show that “homeschool sceptic” friend or relative.
Please enjoy this unit with your little learners and thanks so much for visiting my store!
