PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This Honor's Day and End of the Year Certificate pack contains over 30 different awards. Each award has three different versions to choose from. There is one that contains a girl with an oscar, one that contains a boy with an oscar, and one that just has an Oscar. This way, you can personalize which award each of your students receive. I have included two files. I is editable, where you can click and type in your names. The other is un-editable- if you choose to print and write on your certificates. This means you can choose to print them as they are are write in each child's name, or you have the opportunity to type in each child's name and then print! You can also type in the teacher's signature and the date if you so choose.

This year, we are using these awards at our Honor's Day. We are having a "Red Carpet" event, where students dress up like the Academy Awards. I can't wait to add pictures of our event when it takes place (May 20, 2015). You can go all out and have a "Red Carpet" event, but if not, these certificates are great to be used as is.

I have also included a chart where students can vote for these awards if you so choose. Some like to give a boy and a girl each award, or have these awards separately. There are enough awards included in this pack so that each student can have a separate award or a girl and a boy to receive each award. In my classroom, I give students the science, social studies, math, writing, spelling and reading awards based on their grades in the classroom. The perfect attendance award is based on students with perfect attendance. I also give the most improved award and The Citizenship Award myself. I then allow the students to vote for the remainder of the awards. I use my teacher discretion to give students each award, but students feel special when they know their classmates feel they are special in a certain way.

I have also made it where each award receives a Dollar-Tree/Wal-Mart/Target award to accompany each of the fun awards. You can use these for all of the awards or just the awards where students vote. I have done this in my classroom, and students LOVE receiving their prizes. The awards with prizes are as follows:
