I use this book at the end of the year. I provide each student with one copy and they write their name on the front. Then, we have a class discussion about why people in our classroom are awesome! We discuss how the compliment you write should be specific to the person you are writing to! Next, we pass the book around and write why the person whose name on the front is awesome in the box. On the small line in the box, the person who wrote it, writes his or her name. Each student then gets to read why their classmates thinks they are awesome!
