End of the Year - First Grade Poem

This is a short poem I came up with to go along with our "Bon Voyage" theme for the end of my daughter's first grade year of homeschooling. She made a picture of herself sailing in a boat on a sea and we added the poem to it.

This could easily be adapted for classroom use, bulletin boards, crafts, small group activity, etc.
