It's a doodle diary style memory book for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. What does doodle style mean? It means that the pages in this end of the year memory book are set up to look like a composition notebook, where students might have doodled little images on the pages. They are random images that are fun. Some go along with the topic of the page, while some are just doodles that anyone might do if they were just sitting there doodling.
I really love this memory book, but maybe it's because it represents me so well, as I tend to doodle in my notebooks. :-)
The memory book pack makes a twelve page book (including the cover and end page), but keep in mind that you can pick and choose the pages. You don't have to use all of them.
On some of the pages there are images with a few prompts, but mostly the pages have titles and students will simply write about their memory on the lines provided.
You can buy my Memory Book BUNDLE by clicking HERE.
Also, scroll down for other memory book options.
You get a cover page for third, fourth, and fifth grades, so you can choose the one for the grade you teach.
The pages included are:
*Notebook Cover Page
*All about me page - boy and girl doodle
*Memories of teacher
*Names or autographs from friends
*Super Improvement -Something I improved in
*Super Summer Plans -Plans for the summer if I were in charge of planning
*Additional memories of the year (2 pages) with illustration doodle boxes
When completing the booklet, students will follow the border to cut it out in the correct shape.
I would suggest using this over the last couple of days or weeks of school. Give them a page a day to complete, possibly for morning work. You would then take the finished memory pages and combine them to make a memory book.
