Description
End of the Year Project: Send home slices of the school year with an adorable keepsake project made with a pizza box! I save a classroom writing craftivity or art project each month to send home in the last week of school inside this box along with anything that is special to the child like their desk plate, cubby tag, photos of the class and awards. This can be a back to school craft and the children can use the boxes as a portfolio to hold their treasures! Parents absolutely love these boxes and former students tell me they still enjoy looking through their box!
Included are several choices for a cover page in both a colored version and black and white for students to color, a slices of my year sentence completion page, and several memory pages that can be edited and personalized (including text and clip art images) for your class and grade to preserve memories of fun times in your classroom. There is also a poem that can be personalized for each child in your class about how you loved to be their teacher and how fast the year did go!
Many pizza places will donate new boxes. I purchase unassembled small white boxes from Gordon Food Service. They cost about 50 cents each!
Thanks for taking a look! You may also like the Pizza Shaped Memory Book available at my store! How cute would it be to include a slice of pizza in the box in the form of a book? You can find it in the End of the Year category or follow the link below.
