This unit will require your students to conduct research on an endangered specie and find out why they are endangered and what can be done to help.
Students will also be required to report on the following information:
Habitat: Describe where your animal lives.
Physical Attributes: List at least 5 physical attributes of your animal.
Diet: List all foods that your animal consumes (eats).
Predators: List all predators that endanger your animal.
Prey: List animals hunted by your endangered specie.
Population: State the population of your endangered species.
Why?: Explain all reasons why your animal is endangered.
How? : Explain 2 or more reasons of how you (and your classmates) can help your endangered animal.
Fun Facts: Any new or interesting information you learned.
Included are note taking sheets, writing draft paper, as well as a final booklet to present all information in.
