Description

This unit will require your students to conduct research on an endangered specie and find out why they are endangered and what can be done to help.

Students will also be required to report on the following information:

Habitat: Describe where your animal lives.

Physical Attributes: List at least 5 physical attributes of your animal.

Diet: List all foods that your animal consumes (eats).

Predators: List all predators that endanger your animal.

Prey: List animals hunted by your endangered species.

Population: State the population of your endangered species.

Why?: Explain all the reasons why your animal is endangered.

How? : Explain 2 or more reasons for how you (and your classmates) can help your endangered animal.

Fun Facts: Any new or interesting information you learned.

Included are note-taking sheets, writing draft paper, pages to create a final draft booklet. In addition, there is a link to a Google Slide deck. You will need access to a Gmail account.
