Studies show that taking short mental breaks help students retain more information and contribute to overall well-being. All of the games in this pack take about 3-5 minutes (they can take longer by allowing multiple plays) and allow students to take a quick break and return to their learning activities revitalized and mentally alert. The games are ideal for classrooms as they need limited space, materials and no advance preparation. This pack is made for use with the SMART Board but can be used with a projector or a computer if you have SMART Notebook downloaded. All interactive instructions are given on the first page of the pack and are very easy to follow. Some energizers included provide links to external websites. The links will be updated periodically and you will be able to get free downloads of the updated versions as they become available.
