A flipbook that can be used to teach the basics of compounds or to review them!
Define It: Students use the word bank to fill in the blanks.
Use It: Students name 2 common uses for the energy resources.
Sort It: Students color in the circles based on whether the energy source is renewable or nonrenewable.
Research It: Students use technology to research an energy source and give its advantages, disadvantages, uses, the importance of it, an alternative for it, and the ethical concerns. My students have iPads so they use these to research their energy source. It could also be done in a computer lab or you could have information on each source printed out if technology is not an option!
Illustrate It: Students draw and color a picture of each source of energy.
