PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This energy packet shows diagrams for 7 types of energy sources: fossil fuels, solar, wind, hydroelectric, biomass, nuclear and tidal. Accompanied with each diagram are several questions including how each source works, the advantages and disadvantages and if it is renewable or nonrenewable. It would be a great activity to accompany the reading of a textbook or other informational piece, to use after viewing a movie on these types of energy, or as a homework assignment. I have always used this as an assessment tool at the end of our energy unit.
