Each worksheet has the module and lesson number at the top. The worksheet is broken down into three parts. The students are to first read the question along with the teacher. I have my students circle and underline important information and key words in the question and story. Next, they are to draw a picture to match the story and question. Last, they are to write their answer in words and numbers.

Ideas:
Project or pull up the file on the board and let students use the template as a guide in their notebook.

Make a double sided booklet for each student to use as a math journal.

Print two pages per sheet and double sided to save paper and ink.
