This Common Core Aligned Christmas Themed Center Packet has everything you need to set up Christmas Themed Centers. I think it is perfect for first grade.
Holiday Sort: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Both - Students will sort picture cards by the holiday on a sorting mat. Then they will record their work.
Christmas Themed Tiny Words Search - Students will use magnifying glasses to find tiny Christmas themed words. They will record their work and then complete a writing activity.

Christmas Themed Build a Sentence - Students will build sentences with mixed up Christmas themed cards. They will record their work.
Spin a Word - Students will spin a beginning sound and an ending chunk on a bell themed mat. They will build real and nonsense words. The ending chunks are -ell and -ing. They will record their finds in appropriate columns. If finished early, they can illustrate their words.
Roll and Write a Christmas Word - Students will roll a word and record it. They will continue to roll until one of the words has "won." They will analyze the data.

Math Centers (Each one includes Essential Questions):
Christmas Number Order- Students will put numbers in order from least to greatest and then greatest to least.

Christmas Tree Number Bonds - Students will find the missing part of number bonds by manipulating counters on a workmat. They will then complete the fact family addition and subtraction problems for the number bond. I have also include a recording sheet where the sum or difference is first ( ___=___+___ and ___=____-____).
Christmas Candy Ways to Make Ten - Students will manipulate counters or Christmas Candy on a ten frame work mat to find all the ways to make ten. They will record their ten frame and addition sentence.
Christmas Ornaments Ways to Make Ten - Students will color Christmas Ornaments on a tree to represent all of the ways to make ten.
I hope your students find these centers engaging and fun!
