Page 6: Lunch at Ethen's Cafe (Tax and Tip) worksheet. Student selects four items from the menu, calculates the tax and a tip, and then writes out the bill. They are then asked to determine how much change they will get back if they paid with \$100.00 (6.NS.3 & 7.RP.3)

Pages 12-17: Waiter / Waitress Assessment Activity: Students are placed in groups of three and each student takes a turn being the waiter / waitress, they each take two orders and calculate the bill based on the given percentages.
