This is a 30 page document that has everything included for students to plan out a road trip to either Disneyland or Cedar Point. Students will randomly draw a car, budget, and which location they will be traveling to from your location. (You could also make up your own location if you'd like). Students will have to research gas miles per gallon, and number of gallons the car they selected holds. They will have to research gas prices, food, mileage, hotels, and more!

-Subtracting, Adding, Multiplying, Dividing
-Planning and organizing
-Balancing a budget
This is recommended as an enrichment/gifted/extension project. Instructions are included, along with examples for students to follow when using math.
-Explanation sheet for students to configure money they'll spend on gas, including how many times they'll have to fill up their tank along the way!
-5 days of itinerary, with room for keeping track of gas, food, activities (sight-seeing), hotel, etc
