Entrepreneur Day is a hands-on, fun summative assessment at the end of an Economics Unit. It is easy for the teacher and really drives home the principles of economics such as supply and demand, scarcity, pricing, marketing and opportunity cost in a real-world fashion.
Each student makes a product to sell, develops a business plan, markets their product and sells to other students. My students asked me if we could have Entrepreneur Day again this year!
Included: How to host Entrepreneur Day, Letter to the families, Business Plan and Rubric.
