Have your students leverage their personal networks and forge connections as you encourage them to interview successful entrepreneurs. With the proper encouragement I have had students successfully interview fortune 500 companies CEO's along with local business owners. A simple, but always surprising assignment. I recommend giving students the assignment about 6 weeks before their presentations are due.
