Product Description
As a way to introduce the novel Ender's Game to students, we read Ray Bradbury's short story "All Summer in a Day" and discuss what students think may or may not be with us in the future. We also brainstorm what changes in the environment have they noticed since they have been alive. This leads to students creating a visual in pairs of what they think will or will not be with us in the future. Finally, we begin to analyze how this could connect to Ender's Game as a way of anticipating what the novel will be about and how their visuals could relate to the theme of isolation found in the novel.
