This file includes 2 sets of instructions with rubrics. One set is for advanced students (in an AP or IB course), including competitive and non-competitive inhibition. The other set is basic, requiring students to make a claymation video of a digestion reaction and a synthesis reaction (without any mention of inhibitors). I did the basic version of this activity with students in an alternative high school.
This activity has students using Windows movie maker. This program is included on most PCs. Alternatively you could have students make a Powerpoint presentation with the photos they take.
Please take a look at the example project done by my students (preview file). The product file only includes the handouts for the project so if you would like the example video, please download the free preview file.
