Description

This resource includes three different versions of an enzyme lab, focused on factors that affect enzyme activity (temperature and pH). Students can do both as two separate labs, or it can be done as a jigsaw activity where they share their results with the rest of the class. Also included are printable role cards to use to group students, if you decide to do this activity as a jigsaw (students can be split by color and symbol), useful supplemental links, and differentiated ticket out activities.

For each lab (temperature and pH), there are three versions including standard version, and a version for interactive notebooks, and an inquiry-based (student-designed) version, where the students develop the procedures and data tables.

The differentiation in this product can be used to accommodate different teaching styles, and different levels of students, between classes or within one class.

This product gives you a lot of options to use in various ways.
