Product Description
This is an activity that can be used to review equations of a line. It is meant to be completed by groups of students. There are 8 pages to print out – 12 equations of lines.

Students find the equation of a line given 2 points, given a point and the slope, and given the graph. They then match those pieces to the piece that shows the equation. This is a great way for students to see that a line can be represented and found using different techniques!

There are many ways to complete this assignment.

A) You can hang the equations around the room and hand out 1 of each of the other pieces to each group of students. Students then determine which equation matches their 3 pieces and hangs their pieces under the correct equations.

B) Have the pieces set up as a station. Students match as many pieces as possible!

C) Match the pieces piece by piece. For example, after teaching how to graph a line give the graphing portion to students as an exit ticket or bell ringer. Do the same with the other pieces after teaching those sections.

*There are small letters on each of the pieces. An answer key at the end of this activity tells which letters go together! I used scraps of paper and tape to attach the pieces and form a chain as seen in the picture on the title page!
