The first 6 problems are multiple choice followed by 8 more problems that are a variety of 2 step, multi-step, and variables on both sides. Some answers are IMS or No Solution. Also on the first page is one vertical angles problem and 3 equations with fractions (hopefully students would clear the fraction)
On the second page are 3 proportion equations, 4 literal equations (2 solve for y and 2 solve for another variable in a formula), 4 absolute value equations and then the world problems start. There are 8 word problems for a total of 37 on the test with a bonus.
I use this test with my Algebra 1/Integrated math class or would use it with my 8th grade math class and delete the absolute value equations. I think this is a very comprehensive equations test.
This is a word document so you can delete/add questions.
